This article covers a developing story. Continue to check back with us as we will be adding more information as it becomes available.NBC has made a decision regarding the recently pulled Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Corrosive" from its 27th season. The episode as originally shot, will not see the light of day, and instead, David Zayas, known for his role on Dexter, will be recast in the role Timothy Busfield originally played. Busfield currently faces charges of child sexual abuse. The charges stemming from his time as a director on The Cleaning Lady, produced by Warner Bros. After the episode was pulled, "Fidelis ad Mortem," aired in its place, and it was unclear, at the time, what other changes to SVU's air schedule would be made. "Corrosive" is now set to air February 26. The marks the first episode after the show's break from the 2026 Winter Olympics coverage on NBC.
